Operator and availability
LiveAInews is a service of United Work Europe B.V., Netherlands. Contact info@liveainews.io. Dutch law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.
The service
LiveAInews provides informational summaries and links. Reporting can develop or be corrected. Original articles and trademarks belong to their owners. Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent third-party reporting as your own.
Subscriptions
Pro includes ad-free reading on LiveAInews, a personal feed and briefing, saved stories, notes and exports. Alerts work while the website is open. You need an internet connection and a current browser. Original publisher websites are separate services. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Members 1–400 pay EUR2.99/month, 401–100,000 pay EUR4.99/month and later new members pay EUR6.99/month, including VAT. Existing subscriptions keep their price while continuously subscribed. Your final price is shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Cancel future renewals using Manage subscription in your account; access continues through the paid period. Contact us if you cannot access the portal.
Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers may withdraw from a new Pro subscription within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason. Use Withdraw from contract in the footer or send a clear withdrawal notice to info@liveainews.io with your name and subscription email or reference. We acknowledge receipt and return payments due without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We do not charge for Pro use during this cooling-off period when you validly withdraw. Ordinary cancellation after that period ends future renewals; statutory remedies remain available.
Complaints
Email info@liveainews.io with the affected account email, purchase reference and a description of the issue. Do not include card details or passwords. We acknowledge complaints and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days. If more time is needed, we explain why and provide an expected response date.
Content and availability
We make editorial corrections transparently. The service may experience interruptions. Contact us if a paid feature does not work so we can investigate and provide the remedies required by law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
