Your privacy at LiveAInews.

Personal reading preferences

If you use Pro, we store your saved story links and private notes, followed and hidden topics, hidden sources, companies, and alert preference with your account. These provide your reading list and matching-story alerts. You can change them in My feed, include them in an account export, and remove them through account deletion. Browser notifications require a separate permission on each device and work while the site is open.

Who operates LiveAInews

LiveAInews is operated by United Work Europe B.V., Netherlands. Contact info@liveainews.io for privacy questions. Our company registration and VAT details are on the Company information page linked in the footer.

Information we process

An account uses your email, role, and subscription status. Newsletter records contain your email, cadence, confirmation, consent date and policy version. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we retain customer and subscription identifiers, not card numbers.

Why and where we process data

We process account and payment-related information to provide your contract, newsletter and optional analytics data with your consent, and security records for our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Our providers include OpenAI Sites for hosting, Neon for database services, Render for background processing, Zoho for account email, Resend for newsletters and Stripe for payments. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, applicable safeguards are required. Contact us for provider and transfer information.

Requests and complaints

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact info@liveainews.io. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. We keep withdrawal records for up to two years after resolution to handle disputes, except where a legal retention duty or ongoing dispute requires longer.

Cookies and analytics

An essential HttpOnly session cookie lasts up to 24 hours. Your privacy preference is kept locally and in a consent cookie. Optional analytics run only after opt-in, use a pseudonymous identifier, and retain events for 90 days. Advertising tracking is disabled pending an appropriate consent platform.

Your choices

You can reject analytics, change cookie settings, unsubscribe through each email, export account data, or request account deletion. Active subscriptions must first be cancelled in the billing portal. Required payment records may be retained by the payment provider.

Security and retention

Sign-in links expire after 30 minutes and are single use. Newsletter unsubscribe links remain usable for two years. Completed job payloads are cleared; completed job records are removed after 30 days. Access to account data is restricted. Contact info@liveainews.io to report a security or privacy concern.
